Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

We provide digital unlocking, IMEI checks, and related mobile services. Processing times are estimates and may vary by carrier, model, and supplier. An incorrect IMEI, model, or network may cause failure or delay.

You warrant that any device or IMEI you submit is lawfully owned by you or that you are authorized to request the service. You may not use the Service for stolen, blacklisted, or fraudulently obtained devices. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears unlawful.

Prices are shown before purchase and may change at any time. Wallet top-ups and order payments are processed through third-party providers. Submitting an order authorizes us to charge the corresponding amount.

Once an order is submitted to a supplier it generally cannot be cancelled. A submitted order already "in process" is non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or defraud the Service, submit fake IMEIs, charge back legitimate orders, or resell access without authorization. Violations may result in suspension and account deletion without refund.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, remain unverified, or are inactive, per our published cleanup rules. You may close your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, supplier delays, or outcomes caused by inaccurate information you provide.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
