This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available for orders placed on gsmpromax.
1. Failed Orders
If an order cannot be completed by the supplier (a genuine "rejected" or "not found" result), the amount is credited back to your wallet balance for reuse on any other service.
2. Orders In Process
Once an order is "in process" it cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the supplier has already begun work. Please double-check your IMEI, model, and network before ordering.
3. Wrong Information
Refunds are not provided for failures caused by incorrect details you supplied (wrong IMEI, model, carrier, or already-unlocked device).
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned as wallet credit immediately upon a confirmed failed result. Refunds to the original payment method, where legally required, may take several business days.

If you believe an order qualifies for a refund, contact support with your order ID and details.
