This Delivery Policy explains how orders are fulfilled on gsmpromax. All services are digital; nothing is physically shipped.
1. Digital Delivery
All services (IMEI unlocks, server operations, remote sessions, and file downloads) are delivered electronically to your account dashboard and, where applicable, by email. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Processing Time
Estimated turnaround for each service is shown on the order page before you confirm. Actual time depends on the supplier and carrier and can range from a few minutes to several business days.
3. Order Status
You can track every order from your dashboard. We update the status as soon as we receive a response from the supplier; email notifications are sent for key status changes.
4. Delays
Occasional delays can occur due to supplier maintenance, carrier database outages, or high demand for a given service. These are outside our control, and we work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
5. Non-Delivery
If an order cannot be fulfilled, it is marked as failed and handled under our Refund Policy.
