This Cancellation Policy explains when an order placed on gsmpromax can be cancelled.
1. Before Processing
An order that is still pending and has not yet been sent to a supplier can be cancelled from your dashboard or by contacting support, and the amount is credited back to your wallet.
2. Once Processing Has Started
Once an order status changes to "in process", the supplier has already begun work and it can no longer be cancelled. Please double-check the IMEI, model, and network before confirming an order.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
Contact support with your order ID as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.
